Shipping Policy

Orders once received, will ship by the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive but in most cases within 5 business days. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Twisted Tx Boutique or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. We are not responsible for lost packages. Should you have a problem with a damaged or lost order, the buyer will be responsible to file a claim with the shipping company/carrier.

In-Store Pick Up Policy

Once item has been ordered during business hours, please allow 2 hours for your order to be processed before pickup is available. Overnight, holiday or weekend orders will be processed the next business day. You will receive a email confirming your order is ready for pick up. Orders are to be picked up at 106 E Rusk St Jacksonville Tx 75766. Please provide proof of purchase at time of pickup. Please collect orders in a reasonable time frame. Uncollected orders are donated to charity after six months.
